In just a month we helped one of the world’s leading automobile manufacturers launch a brand new financial product. TIG’s inGauge platform is used for dealerships to enroll their sales reps and allocate incentives to them for their performance. This feature was customized to meet the specific needs of this program and enabled fulfillment of rewards directed at the Dealer Principal level. We also built a Brand Dialogue with the F&I Managers by gaining access to them and deeply engaging them in the program. F&I Managers received roughly 80% of the program payout… forging the desired Brand Alliance with the other 20% effectively engaging Dealer Principals.
Food & Beverage
TIG’s scalable inGauge platform has been leveraged by a global food and beverage provider by creating a custom program for their customers known as the Happiness Hub. TIG developed an employee engagement measurement system within the program using the survey tool. The Engagement Index was utilized by two full service restaurant chains to measure the engagement levels of crew members at the start of their incentive program and a few months into it. In this program, the customer gained $13.33 in revenue and $4 of incremental profit for every $1 awarded to crew for incremental sales… a 300% ROI.
Reseller Sales Rep
For a Fortune 500 client of over 21 years we have continuously offered their reseller reps opportunities to earn points on sales of their electronic products. Our loyalty program has helped our client to maintain significant differentiation against competitors and win market share, “building fences around their customers”. This Enterprise Loyalty Program has included both the independent Dealer Channel as well as Distributor Sales Reps.
Retail Contractor Program
Home Improvement PROs earn points for all purchases from this national retail chain and earn bonus points for purchases incremental to a specific monthly baseline. With our Loyalty Program repeat Contractor purchases increased by 67% and average dollar purchase 82%. Data insights were gleaned from our Survey tool that were utilized to assess and increase Account Share % and effectively enhance relevance of ongoing marketing.
Customers of a leading security product distributor in US and Canada earn points for their purchases. As an accelerator bonus, they earn double points for purchases of select brands. With over 11 years providing a robust rewards program to their customers, 86% of total points issued were redeemed. This demonstrates very high level of engagement and the meaningful value they assign to their participation. We were also able to develop innovative funding models to allow for suppliers to contribute to and participate in the program.
Small and Mid Sized business customers of a major telecom company are rewarded for their continued loyalty to their phone and internet provider. The point earnings program had a positive impact on new customer activation as well as churn reduction.
